Eligible sites typically consist of an industrial site featuring significant electrical and thermal consumption (steam, hot water, hot gases, …).
By designing a high efficiency, combined heat and power plant, Capwatt is able to supply all relevant types of energy at competitive rates, thus optimizing the industrial site overall energy solution and costs.
Capwatt invests, owns and operates the plant for a long period (15 years +), within the framework of a Power Purchase Agreement with its host (the industrial site owner).
